She was also the head of the fascist child kidnapping-turned soldier department.
She was played by a popular actress that would have made a great presence without the helmet in a 3rd chapter.

Look, I get that parents have an influence over their kids personality, but by a certain point it's on them, they didn't literally build them from scratch.Again, she was made that way by her tyrannical father. You can't just build up this no mercy, conquering war machine and then be like, "actually, I change my mind, let's stop." Let's also be honest, how hard did Odin try to convince her to stop? Dude was shit at raising all his children and constantly gave them bad advice or fed their worse tendencies. Oh hey Loki, let me constantly remind you how your brother will rule over you, no matter what, and feed your insecurities. Ah Thor, let me indulge your ego for centuries and basically make it so you believe you can do no wrong.
Wait, what's this? How dare you act out like a selfish twat Thor, I banish thee! Loki, I'm so disappointed. I raised you to be a conniving strategist and constantly fed you stories of my past glory, how could you possibly think I'd want you to kill off the Ice Giants? Tsk, tsk.
You know he probably tried for about two seconds with Hela before deciding that imprisoning her was the "best" option for everyone (it wasn't).
I feel like it takes actual effort to get mad at him for yelling at old people to get to safety. Or if you're not following the manga the worst thing he's done recently is ... play with kids? The problem I have with Bakugo is he still treats people like trash, and if given a chance to go back in time I'm convinced he would still bully Midoriya the exact same way. You can't really say that about, say Vegeta.
Fuck it, make Star Wars go full anime and redeem Palpatine in episode X.
Hey, the Pymtron family dinner scene was great.
Agent Walker in MI: Fallout. Him kicking ass with Tom Cruise in future movies would have been great.

I'm about half a season behind and I still hate him.I'm convinced that half the population of Era that hates Bakugo has only seen one episode of My Hero.

No we actually got it, they just went back on it and ruined it when they started getting into fanfiction territory in season 4.
I'm not saying you have to forgive their stuff, but you have actively ignore character arcs, several in Bakugo's case, to be like, they're the same person. The interactions those characters have with others now would've been impossible by their introduction.I'm not mad at him, I'm just saying he hasn't changed, he's still the same bully.
Same with Endeavor, he hasn't done any messed up stuff in a while but that flashback was enough for me.
Frieza blew up planets and enslaved people, but Cell did dirty work waaay too up close and personal. If Frieza gets a redemption arc, I vote the GOAT DBZ villain. He's just so dapper.

Perfect Cell seems cool, but he was still this guy once
Sucked the life out of how many people individually?
Just finished Avatar: The Last Airbender earlier today and...
I was surprised that Azula never joined the good guys or had a redemption moment in any way. For such an optimistic show about how people can change for the better, Azula really does turn out to be just the villain she seemed all along. Ozai being a one-dimensional bad guy was one thing, since his character never got developed at all, but you see a lot of Azula over the course of the show, and even a couple humanizing moments on Ember Island. After all that, she ends up going full paranoid tyrant as Fire Lord, nearly succeeds at killing her brother, gets beat and completely loses her sanity... and that's the last you see of her. I was just like, damn, that's pretty dark.

pym gets such a raw fucking deal lmaoooo, he and the x-men get treated funny. the avenegrs have welcomed back way more heinous people back into the fold
Not gonna lie, having him as a trainer in the Dragonball Xenoverse games kind of made me wish that he had joined the good guys.If Frieza gets a redemption arc, I vote the GOAT DBZ villain. He's just so dapper.
Yes, this!My big anime pick for sure is:
Why you have to do him like that, Kubo? You let trashy Grimmjow become a good guy and live but not my boy, Ulquiorra. Booooo!
Also low-key, Ulquiorra had more chemistry with Orihime and Ichigo than those two did with each other.
Despite being more willing to work WITH the protagonist after months than either of those two after decades.lmao current and acid manga reader, ITS STILL FUCK BAKUGOU, shoutou is the best boy , bakogou is so grating and annoying, like the worst aspects of Sasuke and Vegeta dialed to 11 without the cool factor or reasonable explanations for angst

Oh good. All my least favourite tropes in one.

He's way more sinister in the X seriesAlso, Dr. Willy from Megaman.
He really not a bad guy just don't like that people praise Dr. Light more than him.
Bodie in The Wire
Not really a villain, more a victim of circumstance.

Didn't Tolkien say in a letter that, had Sam not alienated him, he would have willingly cast himself into the fire in conflict with his love for Frodo and for the ring? With book Sam, there could have been a chance I feel. Film Sam was far harsher with Gollum and that may have pushed him beyond saving.
