it probably shouldn't count because it's a licensed song, and it definitely shouldn't count because it's not the version of the song used in-game but it's Poor Wayfaring Stranger by David O'Dowda used for the trailer for Life Is Strange 2 episode 3.
If that doesn't count (mostly as an excuse to post another song), it'd have to be Rivers In The Desert from Persona 5. After completing it recently, I didn't think the game itself was particularly special but damn if that soundtrack isn't wall-to-wall bangers.
