"School" question? I'm afraid to ask.

It is known that prior to his fame as a VA, Vic was a high school teacher and a sometime drama teacher/assistant/something. There have been scattered reports from people who had him as a teacher that Vic was just as handsy and inappropriate then as now, as well as reports that he left a teaching job under a cloud of suspicion (read: sexual harassment).

Okay yeah, thanks for jogging my memory. That's right, now I remember, he said he didn't realize the connection between allegations of sexual harassment and him being fired. Didn't he say a similar thing about his VA gigs?

Jesus christ there's seven of those affidavits. I assume they weren't all from a month or so ago but Greg only showed the date of one of them. He also tweeted saying there were more coming that he didn't have yet. They're going for the jugular.

Tampa, Fl
My favorite slams on Mr. Doucette is they are now just resorting to "Do you have any clients you loser" over and over as he talks off the threadnaught and off about cases he's currently working on and winning.

Greg Doucette is hinting that the TCPA filings for Monica Rial and Ron Toye have been published, and the yikes are flowing.

17 exhibits

PDF file of exhibits alone is 33 MB, spanning ~490 pages

The blockbuster of the summer is getting a spin-off?

I assume this will be bar thing. And while I doubt those are public, I would love to see the Beard explaining how asking a doxxing website to make someones life miserable is a good move for a lawyer.

Ofc people are now shouting about reporting Greg to Twitter for threats... because of course they are.

Looks like another TCPA got filed a day before the deadline. 17 exhibits and 490 pages. Probably going to take a while for everyone to figure out what all is in it due to the size.

Took a peek at the GoFundMe. The word of the day is "juxtaposition". Look at the timings.

Also I found, a Nazi meme, because of course I did. Didn't go past the first page either.

EDIT: Curiousity will be the death of me. The refunding still seems to be going on, they have less funding than when I last looked, and most of the new comments are just whining about being how GoFundMe is censoring them. But we also have plenty of people showing their true colours.

Jesus these people are stupid. Ty might as well just run up to the judge in open court and yell "SANCTION ME!"

Oh god, I totally where that Skeeter image came from.

For some reason I'm reminded that this guy is supposed to be a military history buff and a master strategist.
Why would you do this? At best you are putting your client's business in the streets. Worse you are sabotaging your case and racking up ethic violations

It would be slightly less stupid if Rekieta's show hadn't already been discussed with the judge, and so Beard didn't have reason to assume that the defense would bring this up.

I wish I had read more about Mussolini's Italy because I feel like that's the level of tactical brilliance he's showing here.

How. The. Fuck. Is. This. GoFundMe. Allowed?

Vic has stated under oath he is not involved at all with this. Even if it does make it to his lawyers, it's going to support the legal fees of a case revolving sexual assault and sexual harassment.

The terms of GFM include the following, and pay attention to rules 3 and 8:

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use the Services to:
  1. raise funds or establish or contribute to any Campaign with the implicit or explicit purpose of or involving:
    1. violating any law, regulation, industry requirement, or third-party guidelines or agreements by which you are bound, including those of payment card providers and transaction processors that you utilize in connection with the Services;
    2. any election campaigns that are not run by a registered organization within the supported country;
    3. content or campaigns that are fraudulent, misleading, inaccurate, dishonest, or impossible;
    4. drugs, narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, pharmaceuticals or similar products or therapies that are either illegal, prohibited, or enjoined by an applicable regulatory body; legal substances that provide the same effect as an illegal drug; or other products, medical practices, or any related equipment or paraphernalia that have been found by an applicable regulatory body to cause consumer harm;
    5. knives, explosives, ammunition, firearms, or other weaponry or accessories;
    6. annuities, investments, equity or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or similar transactions, money service businesses (including currency exchanges, check cashing or the like), pyramid schemes, "get rich quick schemes" (i.e., Investment opportunities or other services that promise high rewards), network marketing and referral marketing programs, debt collection or crypto-currencies;
    7. gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, fantasy sports, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, raffle tickets, auctions and other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill or chance (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery), promotions involving monetary rewards, including gift cards, or sweepstakes;
    8. campaigns we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in support of, or for the legal defense of alleged crimes associated with hate, violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, terrorism, or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender or gender identity, or serious disabilities or diseases;
    9. ...

This is either violating one or the other, either rule 3 or 8. Even if it's not paying defense fees for a criminal case, it's claiming to supporting the civil fees of a case brought in response to the man's overwhelming number of accusations of sexual assault.

My guess is no one either brought it to their attention or really pushed it

This guy works for a law firm?

I worked for a firm where someone took pictures of evidence, threw them on their Twitter, and was like "LOOK HOW GOOD I'M DOING" and he got into deep deep shit.

It killing me that the VIc supporters are in two camps of, I support him cause I believe he is innocent, and, I like he gross and the system will work for him. But as soon as things start to fall part it a clash within the camps.

This is why a lot of these alt right flash points don't work out so well for the actual subjects of their ardor. It's impossible to both be both a fighter for your rights and those of others and also a bigoted monster. It's like water and oil.

His real name is Chris Niosi and he's also a voice actor. I vaguely remember stories, he's a real creep. This is what it says for him in the Broken Staircase document:

sexual coercion, abusive relationships, ableism, trying to drive people to suicide

And there's also this. I read it a while back and can't remember all of it but it wasn't good.
