More than anything I'm getting curious like a monkey about what sort of open world Miyazaki will opt for.
People throw the term around a lot, sometime with silly dismissive comments that handwave anything "open world" as part of the same group, but there are a good dozen different ways to design one (will it be fragmented in zones? Will it focus on open door scenarios or isolated landmarks? What about its verticality? Will it have level scaling or deliberate placement of strong creatures as gatekeepers? Etc), to allow its navigation (Will you just be able to run? Or ride? Swim? Fly? Climb?), to make it more or less rewarding to explore (Randomized loot? Hand-placed unique rewards? Will you unlock powers that allow to access new areas like in a metroidvania?), etc.
