The versions tested were 1.03 on the PlayStation 4 systems and 1.0.0.8 on the Xbox One systems. Review codes were supplied by the publisher.

All 4 consoles have a fps lock option that caps the game at 30fps and this was disabled for this test. Frame pacing is consistent during gameplay with the fps lock option engaged. The frame time spikes seen in the video on the PS4 consoles are less pronounced and far less common when the 30fps cap is on. There can be judder unrelated to the game's frame rate when the 30fps cap is on.

PS4 Pro and Xbox One X render the game at a resolution of 2560x1440 and render the UI at a resolution of 3840x2160. PS4 Pro downsamples from 2560x1440 when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled. PS4 and Xbox One render at a resolution of 1920x1080.

great job that they did giving the unlock/lock framerate option. hopefully thats for future proofing playing on back-compat mode on ps5 and series X

Disappointed at the performance. Would rather play this than PC but my 5 year old rig with 980 can hit 60

That unlocked framerate means that I'll wait until next gen to play it at a locked 60.
