Because this model is much much bigger, so it can be use to make trolling images. If it was the correct dimensions the images would be boring.
I did it on mine. All you have to do is hit the AR button. It could be dependent on what iPhone you have though. I have an iPhone X.
If it's quiet as a mouse, all is forgiven.

This definitely isn't accurate, I put it next to my 40cm tall lamp and this PS5 model was way taller, isn't PS5 39cm tall?
To be fair, my TV (55" LG C9) is less than 80cm tall
The PS5 is at least 39cm tall
so the fact that it's over half as tall as the TV is correct. Still, the AR might be off by 3-4cm nonetheless
