75% of independents is really impressive, but 49% of Republicans makes me wonder where these people are on social media.
The end result is that any "exoneration" without witnesses will ring hollow to the vast majority of the electorate.
I think the conventional wisdom says those 49% want Hunter Biden75% of independents is really impressive, but 49% of Republicans makes me wonder where these people are on social media.

Which is a sign this was a very, very, very bad argument to make.I think the conventional wisdom says those 49% want Hunter Biden
Better polling would go more specific, right? Name the witnesses, i.e., Bolton, Pompeo, Hunter, etc.Which is a sign this was a very, very, very bad argument to make.
I disagree. It still means the evidence presented asks for further witnesses. If one side was so overwhelming in their facts it would be reflected in the numbers.Which is a sign this was a very, very, very bad argument to make.

What I mean is that the GOP argument that they should call Hunter is backfiring in the polling.Better polling would go more specific, right? Name the witnesses, i.e., Bolton, Pompeo, Hunter, etc.
People want help with health care, housing and education/childcare costs. Specifically these things.
This doesn't translate to "burn it all down."

"The overwhelming consensus is we've heard enough - and it's time to move to a final judgment," said Sen. John Barrasso, a member of the Senate GOP leadership, says after conference meeting

Ohh yeah I agreeWhat I mean is that the GOP argument that they should call Hunter is backfiring in the polling.
Ooooh. Yes, that's clever. What I mean is that the GOP argument that they should call Hunter is backfiring in the polling.
A stronger response would be "there wont be a successful vote to call for witnesses"
What are the odds that if the impeachment runs through the SOTU, trump goes off-script during it and says some bananas shit like as if at a rally?
Iran's state-run Channel One network also peddled a theory that a senior CIA official named Michael D'Andrea had been on the plane.
In reports broadcast by the channel, a photo of actor Fredric Lehne — who played a character inspired by D'Andrea in the 2012 movie "Zero Dark Thirty" — was shown instead of D'Andrea himself.
Channel One also claimed that D'Andrea — who leads the CIA's activities on Iran — played a key role in the US assassination of Iranian military general Qassem Soleimani, according to BBC Monitoring.
It's not clear if this is true, and the CIA declined to comment when contacted by Business Insider.
Two sets of remains have been recovered at the site where an American military plane crashed in Taliban-controlled territory outside Kabul, Afghanistan, on Monday, American military officials said, after a day in which United States forces struggled to get to the site.
American officials had indicated on Monday that they thought the two-person crew of the plane had most likely not survived the crash, which occurred in the district of Deh Yak in Ghazni Province during a day of harsh weather.
Further confusing the situation, reports in Iranian news and social media framed the crash as a retaliation for the death of Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani, the powerful Iranian commander killed in an American drone strike in Baghdad. Iranian news media reports went as far identifying a C.I.A. official they said had been killed in the plane, which they said was shot down. American officials dismissed those reports.
Which is a sign this was a very, very, very bad argument to make.
Is all of Bidens black support cuz Obama? Please tell me I'm missing something.
Exactly. This is a tell.A stronger response would be "there wont be a successful vote to call for witnesses"
He's just the reliable centrist Democrat of old that generally means general support for minority interests. Is all of Bidens black support cuz Obama? Please tell me I'm missing something.
Wait no one in this thread supports biden?Have you tried asking some black people? This isnt poc whisperer era. I find these requests to explain why people not in this thread support a candidate we mostly don't like kind of offensive.
I don't whisper, but isn't there a simple answer? Thought there was polling which showed the majority of black dems were on the moderate side. Apologies if that's just hearsay. Is all of Bidens black support cuz Obama? Please tell me I'm missing something.
oh, totally.
This is why I think Bernie Sanders, an incrementalist reformist in the social democratic tradition whose agenda is no more ambitious than aligning America with other OECD countries, has a good shot at the presidency, whereas a burn it all down seize the means of production communist would not.
Not really? There might be a few but most of us have simply resigned to the likelihood that he'll be the nominee. That doesn't mean he's anyone's first choice.
He's definitely not my top pick, but at least he probably gets us the Senate, which is more of a stretch for Warren or Sanders.
I think he's our best (probably only) bet at the Senate at this point.
Warren is my fantasy candidate, Biden is my reality candidate.
Graham's argument: Calling witnesses would drag out the proceedings and lead to legal challenges that he believes could lead to damaging precedents for the US
WH just held a call with a source "on the legal team." Source was asked if WH lawyers had been briefed on the contents of Bolton's manuscript. Source said lawyers had not "reviewed" the manuscript. But have you been briefed? "We're not going to get into further details."
This, but I call him my "CAN WE PLEASE STOP THIS NOW?" candidate.Warren is my fantasy candidate, Biden is my reality candidate.
Hmm. Is LA Times even a good source to follow? I've only started following them recently.I read the article. That's not what she said. Not the first time a tweet has done this.
He hasn't given me a reason to
He doesn't want us to. He'd rather us vote for someone else.
