Probably because all the media in the country is glued to these hearings, and so are politicians. Can't report on all the stupid shit politicians are saying if everyone is too busy watching TV.
I don't know if some people left because of something that happened here on the site, or if they think the site is going to close down. It's probably just that all the traffic is here, almost 4K posts today.

Nothing afaik. I only found out something was up via this topic earlier. I'll leave this discussion to others.
I take a slow day on this thread to mean that nothing much new was revealed. That doesn't mean that it isn't important, just that we already know Trump is guilty and nothing today moved that needle.
My memory is not clear but didn't Vindman give a different answer this morning? (Regarding the transcript storage)
I assumed the slowness was probably a result of people getting hit with redirect popup ads. It's hard to post when your phone throws you at some spam ad. I've been getting hit with those damn things pretty much every time I've looked at this thread today.

People close to the Trump administration say Sondland is the hearing they're most concerned about ahead of time. Sondland testifies tomorrow.
