Unable to hear Spotify through headphones (Astro A40)

Anyone else have this issue? Music plays fine through speakers but not headsets. I made the headset the default device too in Windows 10. I also checked the windows volume icon to ensure the spotify volume level was maxed. still nothing

How is the headset connected to your PC?

Check your mixer settings in the windows settings, perhaps the spotify output got shuffeled around somehow.

Sometimes I've had to use the old control panel to get audio device changes to work.
