So if I have an email of a direct debit being confirmed but don't get in touch, will they just forget about me? I've pre ordered an series x elsewhere and not interested in the all access anymore.
Yeah...I am really not hopeful anything will actually come of it.
Klarna are saying because it didn't go though it shouldn't charge. Definitely one to keep an eye on though.

How about the direct debit confirmation but then followed by a rejection.
To be fair, they set the time and date then it was up to the retailers to make sure they were ready for the load.
Though the MS store also died...
I got mine without all access, they take the money out a few days before or on the day or dispatch
Fuck knows, they seem to be changing their stance on what the DD confirmation is actually good for.
I ended up DM'ing them on Twitter. Will probably use the contact form on the website too.
Edit: Yeah, recommend using the website as well as you get a support ID/Ticket.
This needs an answer because there's no reason for the dd if it was rejected. Makes no sense and nobody can just give a straight answer. This has been utter shit.
I am wondering now if maybe the rejections were linked to stock. It would make more sense why so many people were being rejected who have decent credit histories. I did order quite late after they went up as I was pissing around with Game first trying to get that working.
My friend got an email from Smyths. Saying he's still eligible for an xbox series s via all access, also there won't be a credit check.

Nope, literally all I have is the DD notification for Klarna. I have also not received any mail from Smyths like some people have mentioned here

Hmm. If you got to the "no stock" page that would indicate that you completed the check. There's some info floating about that the Klarna rejections were stock related rather than credit related, so you might be good. Ping Smyths via the website contact form

I didn't get a damn thing apart from the DD confirmation; hell I don't even know whether the order went through or not lol.
On their Twitter some one asked them about Klarna etc, and Smyths said to dm them their email address associated with the order. So I dm'd them with a brief message (placed order, only got dd confirmation), and my email address.

Feel awful for those who've been screwed over by this all-access fiasco. It's shocking how 14h after preorders went live none of MS, Klarna, Smyths or GAME can give a straight answer.

Hope everyone gets their issues sorted. Grateful that I'm in a position where I could buy it outright.
