His wrestling has been teatedy repeatedly. It is god awful. Look at his regional fights, even totally mediocre wrestlers were able to hold him down for rounds at a time.

To be fair, it is the most paperthin division in the company. Smith is only 1 year off of his last defeat and he's getting a title shot.

People keep saying this when women's flyweight exists. Or men's heavyweight, for that matter.

I dunno if it's because Shevchenko's creepy fans or forgetting it exists.

W FW has barely existed more than a year though.

People don't really care about LHW because the Champion has a veneer of invincibility. That's not really the case at Heavyweight where people get KO'd unexpectedly a lot, like DC taking Stipe's head off.
