Ubisoft planning a digital conference post E3 cancellation

Hopefully by then, they can show off some next gen goodies.
I know it won't happen, but I want their next Assassin's Creed to look like a cg trailer but then, shocking everyone, it changes to gameplay without a cut.

What will all the names of these things be? Nintendo direct, Inside Xbox, state of play.
Maybe Ubisoft ultra? Bethesda bomb drop...for the fallout tie in.

Easily the conference I wanted to see the most, so hopefully they come up with a neat replacement.
As a person who never had any interest in actually attending E3 (or any convention for that matter). Im stoked about all these digital events.
Yeah, if we're still getting all the announcements, this won't impact me much. It'll probably save time since announcers won't wait for applause.

Oh please. We are well past the days of cringe conferences. You get a few hiccups every now and then, but for the most part, the shows are pretty well curated.
Same. I wanted to show my support for them embracing GeForce Now by getting Uplay+ but it's freaking $20 a month in Canada lol.
My purchase of Division 2 next week will have to suffice

Now we can see a few minutes of Just Dance 2021 in digital form. (I have a few friends that love that series)

I'm on the AC train as long as they make RPGs of that caliber. Hopefully it's coming out this year still.
Yep! And media coverage will still be huge if everyone has digital press conferences in the same week. This genuinely might be the year the industry realizes E3 as a hammy live show is irrelevant. Polished pre recorded shows would be so much better.
Talking about leaks, why has nobody on this forum mentioned the recent Prince of Persia event leak in For Honor? I thought you guys were always on track. You disappoint me Era.
yep. More streamlined pre-recorded shows, less celebrity announcers, less downtime for "please welcome X from Y games studio" *30 seconds of applause*.
And most important of all, no worthless "Wooooooh" of fake excitement . :p
We all know just dance is this year's biggest AAA title, no need for a complimentary dance act, the game will speak for itself.
