Thats even worse, isn't it? Wouldn't that mean that the state was about to erupt in cases regardless of the rally?8 days is a little too short to really be seeing community spread caused by the rally.
You typically don't see 100% positive test rates in any population. Even 20% is typically stratospheric.

To be clear, I think the rally was completely stupid. But the evidence is damning.
Yeah no way this is not a glitch. Even though you only test symptomatic patients, it is almost impossible to get 100% positive from 352 samples.
Also I doubt if this has anything to do with rally at all.
