Trump's literally making shit up. The hurricane isn't even going in that path any more.
As always it's not about Trump at this point, but republicans and supporters aggressively clapping and cheering. Saying "behold this shining example of everything a great leader should be! He is the greatest of all men!"

Is it safe to assume that the state of Alabama is already preparing for a hurricane, even though the meteorologists told them it's not going to happen because Trump said so? Has the state government officially acted to acknowledge Trump and spend the money on hurricane preparedness?

Serious question: Since he's been in office, has there been a single week where Trump has not broken a law, lied to the public via speech or tweet, rolled back a policy that was good for the US, or just plain enacted a policy that does more harm than good?
