Why tie it to something almost no one remembers instead of tying it to "the guys behind Octopath" and build upon recent sucess.

I really wanted a Tactical RPG from Square Enix.

But I really wanted some vibes from FFT, TO or even Front Mission. This seems more like Octopath Traveler in Tactical mode, hope it doesn't bore me.

Don't know about better, but it is obviously going to be completely different since it is a tactics RPG.

This looks cool but prematurely comparing it to games like FF Tactics and such reminds me of Octopath getting prematurely compared to FF6. Which it definitely wasn't.
