Porting takes time, the game is a PS4 exclusive in Japan. They probably didn't want to make PS4 players wait for the other two versions to be ready.
It's annoying 1 and 2 aren't on Switch but 3 is. I have 1 and 2 on PS3 and the remasters on the PS4. But I rather play them all on the same console (in this case the Switch)

I started with CS and fell in love with it. I went back to the Sky games later on, but it really isn't mandatory to enjoy CS.
