I recently bought a Gamecube and a bunch of games, including this one. I would love to play an HD version of this!!! Hype!!!
A) they have contracts in place
B) the THQ Nordic shit probably didn't reach/impact enough people to affect their business practices.
Ghostbusters being remastered isn't random a thing all, this year is the 35th Anniversary and they're having a huge marketing blitz leading up to Ghostbusters 3 next summer.
Lol wat it's coming to PS4, XBO and Switch. It was right there in the reveal.

Publishing children's games takes on a seriously dark undertone considering THQ Nordic's co-promotion with sites restricted from Google search results due to regular/ongoing distribution of child pornography.
Considering their initial unwillingness to even stop that event with 8Chan, followed by only days later removing the promotional link (after being directly confronted by business partners), and making the point not to enact any meaningful accountability for what happened, I can't look at this as some innocent, meaningless happenstance.

There was an incident in 2014, where some online troll decided to email those videos to me, I became well aware that the stuff was floating around online. 8chan is known to host links to child porn. Add the two together, alongside what I wrote in this image.
Do you what I fear the most? Reliving those two months of hell. It's one thing I have to accept in my life that I was raped as a child, but finding out that recordings of that hell are floating around the internet is another ball game, and to be reminded of that is equally hell.
Did people really expect Viacom/Nick not to work with THQ after the 8chan incident? That seems..........naive. The general public probably has no clue about what happened to begin with.

The way google blacklists searches is by direct match.
searching "8chan" doesn't give you a direct link, but searching 8chan + literally anything will cause it to show up again.
Even searching the domain name exactly causes it to show up. Google did the absolute bare minimum in delisting it.
probably the best solution indeed; I can't afford too many games a year and Switch is already packed this year; --I'm saving for CTR, actually!
I played it for the first time earlier this year, it's an amazing platformer with great level design.
Pretty sure users on this site are the only ones who still cares about the ama at this point, So i wouldn't worry.

Why do you constantly keep posting about your tragic experiences as a child that in no way relates to any of this? I'm sorry that stuff happened to you, I really am but at a point it your hate for THQ doesn't seem too genuine and it feels like you just want people to feel sorry for you. Nobody is going to stop buying games form THQ because of an event that happened to you that a game publisher had no part in.
