Looks great, here's my Saturday today in Southeast US. Smoked a pork shoulder all night and now have some amazing pulled pork BBQ. It's not a super photogenic food but I assure you it's delicious.

Yep! Nothing beats some tapas and beers.
Went to visit a friend over in País Vasco last year and spent all week drinking zuritos and eating a delicious invention I had never tried before: the tortipizza.
My father is from Reinosa/Santander and hes retired now so the bulk of the family lives in Loredo. Im going to visit this Xmas so I'll see if thats who they use for the paella at home! My family prefers seafood in their paella but Im a chicken guy so ...
in any case, you cant fuck with the rabas up north. Godlike stuff. I need to hang out with more of Spain ERA if you're all in places I used to live lol

Uhhh.... I love me a good Tortilla de patata and a Pizza but I dunno if they mix well (never tried it).
Me too! But I think I need to go other places too. So much I haven't seen.
I'd really want to go back to Granada and Sevilla tho. I loved both of them.
That reminds me I need to season the 20" paella pan I picked up so it's ready to go next time we host some family n friends
My first thought but it was delicious. The base is a good old tortilla but covered in tomate sauce, gratin cheese and margherita pizza toppings. I'm actually salivating right now thinking about it 🤪
