Thank you for posting this.
Confession: this song makes me emotional every time I hear it. The first time I heard it, something in my brain just connected the vocals to the idea of a mother mourning the loss of a child, and since then I can't hear it any other way. It's not even the first half of the song, when Clare's vocals are at their most bombastic. It's the end, that quiet. That feeling of sobbing when everything has already been wrung out of you. This song is gospel.
And not a single word spoken.
