Probably not. Politicians and their staff give speeches tailored to religious crowds all the time. This is basically just pointing people to the speech. I'd prefer if it wasn't on an official site, but they're probably allowed to do it.
I imagine Pompeo shouting this verse from the Epistle of James to his audience :

Anyone can be sued for anything, but there's no chance of a suer winning here.
The Department of Education recently announced that it will pull funding from educational institutions that do not sufficiently vilify Muslims and praise Christians in Middle Eastern studies programs and no one batted an eye.
This administration knows its audience and knows that very little is off-limits.
