Is there a way to make the Watched Threads default to show all your watched threads (including the ones you've already read the newest posts in)?
Not possible at the moment.

Hmm it worked in Safe Mode so it's another app or my third party (GO) launcher. There's a bug in oreo that apparently is causing something similar. What phone/android version are you on?

Well I guess you are, so I pm'd you. :)
Understandably, most of us are still getting adapted to this new site. I know I am. If you've got a question about the website such as how to perform an action, change something on a profile, or other issues please ask here rather than create your own thread. Thanks!
Think of it like the community tab at NeoGAF without, hopefully, the stigma of being the website's redheaded stepchild. What exactly are hangouts? When I clicked on EtcetEra and hangouts they seemed the same to me. Is there anything that I'm missing?

Click the Hangouts link and explore!
An official one is in the work, but in the meantime a member has made a fantastic substitute. This has almost certainly been answered but is there a dark theme for the site?
Unfortunately, no. But you can click off the option to allow the forum to send you e-mails in your preferences. However, I don't believe that applies to password reset e-mails.Can I change my work email to a Gmail one after the registration? Don't want to give access to my employer / clog up work email with resetera related stuff.
Ok, going to set up paid Gmail account for my personal site, that'll work right? Like [email protected].Unfortunately, no. But you can click off the option to allow the forum to send you e-mails in your preferences. However, I don't believe that applies to password reset e-mails.

Sirpopopop -- see this question. What's the secret for avatar quality? My source file I'm using is crisp and clear, but anytime I upload it to here it turns into the blurry mess it is now. I've messed around with the size of the original, upped the quality on the jpeg a bit, they all seem to have the same blurry outcome.
Any word on banned games like there were on gaf? I'm of the opinion there really shouldn't be provided people aren't drooling over the NSFW aspects of them.

To expand on that, here's what SweetNicole posted in another thread on that subject:
I think the issue is that they ask for a 200 x 200 image, but then size it down to 96 x 96 on their end.
Add to Home Screen only works on Google Now Launcher for me, none of the other third party launchers worked. Hopefully they can fix this bug as I am not going to use the regular launcher.Hmm it worked in Safe Mode so it's another app or my third party (GO) launcher.
Check under your bed tonight for a special surprise! No earlier than 8:43 PM, EST.Is there any benefit to having filled in the 'previous community profile' tab when registering? I hope this question hasn't been asked a hundred times before, my apologies if that is the case.
Just the database catching its breath. What's with the fluctuating member count? I swear I've seen it move +/- 300 and back again.
Hoping to know this as well, we could probably throw together a community OT for creators? What is ResetEra's position on promoting your own creative content, like a youtube channel?
I talked to a mod about it, and I ended up making an OT for it with the rules for youtubers in there.Hoping to know this as well, we could probably throw together a community OT for creators?
Awesome, I figured it was something like that, I'll give that a shot, thanks!
Thanks for the above, I meant to do this in the past but when I regain thread abilities on here I would like to make an OT for Podcasters. Unless someone else wants to handle that.
What are the qualifications I need to hit to regain full member status since I didn't make it through the discord wave?
Also I just noticed the report button, very nice.
To become a full member you need to have at least 100 posts and 60 days of membership.
There is one in etcetera hangout, I believe
Thanks! Bummer on the time but oh well. Maybe I can find someone else to make an OT.
What's the requirements to make a thread? It says I don't have sufficient priviledges but I'm not a junior member (unless the rank has same name? and if so, how are people going to know if they've been promoted?). I just registered not that long ago but I'm assuming I skipped the junior process because I was member on NeoGAF?
How come some people can already made threads then? Don't we have the same rank? both say Member, at least.I think its 100 posts and 60 days of membership?
That's not that much actually. Things will explode 60 days from now thou
Are the Terms Of Service likely to change or are they set in stone? I'm particularly worried that point 12 will put a lot of people off contributing to art/photography/game development etc threads, since it seems pretty heavy-handed unless I'm reading it wrong?ResetEra Terms of Service said:12. By submitting user content to ResetEra, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, or publicly display your user content in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so.
To expand on that, here's what SweetNicole posted in another thread on that subject:
On the topic of NSFW and what defines it, the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly declined to strictly define "obscenity." Instead, the justices wisely settled on a "we know what's obscene when we see it" type of approach. And that's what we're going to do here. We cannot articulate a precise guideline as to what will be or won't be allowed. Instead, we will approach things on a case-by-case basis. We encourage our users to exercise restraint when it comes to posting questionable material.
In a less legal-speak, if you wouldn't want someone to see you looking at it at work, don't post it on ResetEra. Keep things PG-13.
