Tried updating Anthem and the download slowed down to modem speeds. Only had 18GB free so no biggie cleared some space but the patching almost made it full from ~60GB free again? Checked the game folder and it almost doubled in size during the patching, is that normal for Origin?

Nothing of what i've seen of Zanki Zero seemed in any way sexual to me, so i'm kinda surprised to see this.

Interesting premise. Apparently a roguelike Visual novel RPG game, where you are the leader of a team and can lead them to survival or death.

Just CG switch mods are probably easy so won't take long until those appear on Steam forums, but not sure about the cutscenes, might take a while but I'm sure someone will make a compilation.

I find it... unnecessary? If you think fictional 2D teens in panties are bad, I'm not sure giving them pajamas is going to change your opinion of the scenes or the game that much? FWIW I don't know all that much about the game, but if the scenes are anything like Danganronpa and it was already approved for a console release in Japan I don't see how it could be that bad. A lot of people are acting like this is some loli nukige, which is funny.

Late Shift Night Nurses was also removed. Wonder why, because it seems every character in that game, according to VNDB are adult nurses EXCEPT one who looks like a high school girl, so maybe thats why?

I really dont have a clue whats happening. Why not just tell the devs what can and can't go.

DmC pro's, advice needed. I own all the DmC games on Steam, including DMC V from the AMD bundle.

DMC V looks dope as hell and I didn't realise that it comes out next week. I haven't played the other games. Should I rather skip it at launch and play the older games, or can you go in to V without knowing the previous games, and then I'll go back to the others later once I finished V?

You should be able to go in without issues. The DMC series' stories are pretty basic and simple for the most part.

DmC 2013 is an alternative interpretation of the series, or something akin to Lords of Shadow series, but is a good action game in its own right.

i'm not that condemning of loli crap as other ppl here (cos if that's ur thing and u don't hurt anybody then like fuck it fine by me) but i'm also not super against censoring things that are just culturally tasteless or questionable

it's a thin line but i really think "bedtime scenes with children" is probably not gonna walk here lol

The thing about Valves "curation" is, that they still dont seem to have rules.

Kara no Shojo 2 was apparently rejected, but 1 is on Steam.

VR Kanojo was removed, but the "fake" one is still online (ItazuraVR).

Thousands of hentai puzzles with loli art online.

As someone who is actually following the game, i'd believe the bedtime events are just social link style character interactions that happen when you go to sleep in the basecamp, at least that's what the name suggest and would make the most sense within my knowledge of the game.

But then again, the fact that SpikeCunsoft feels the need to remove them implies they might weren't that harmless afterall.

Badge crafting and inventory performance changes

We've made some changes to badge crafting and improvements to inventory page performance. Here's what's changed:
  • Sale badges remain craftable after cards expire, provided you had enough cards in your inventory when the cards expired. If you forgot to craft at the end of a past sale, now's your chance!
  • When crafting a badge, you can now craft multiple levels at once.
  • The mobile view of the inventory page should load much faster.
  • The find-as-you-type filter for inventory should perform better.
There are some more changes for viewing very large inventories (more than one thousand items):
  • In general large inventories should load much faster when first visiting the inventory page.
  • Results for the find-as-you-type filter should appear immediately with more results appearing as inventory items load in the background.
  • When turning items into gems or selling items on the market, instead of automatically reloading, the used items will be grayed out. When you're done, there's a button to refresh the inventory with the results. This makes it a bit faster when turning multiple items in to gems.
Some other nitty-gritty details:
  • Crafting badges from past sales won't drop coupons, sale cards for other sales, or any of the sale-specific items they dropped during the sale (like Salien items).
  • Crafting multiple levels at a time is limited to 100 at a time. When crafting more than 5 levels at a time, the animation will only show 5 sets of cards. The results screen will still show all the items obtained.

Can confirm,large inventory loads so much faster and smoother now, it's great.

Innocent Grey titles are so damn good.

This crap with Valve is tickin' me off, makin' me feel like I gotta buy every VN on my wishlist right now cuz lord knows when someone at the office gets around flipping more switches on anything with an aesthetic they don't like.
And it's crazy because 99.9% of the time the VN's submitted to steam are the console version with all Adult content removed or patched out. Sometimes they will offer DLC to restore that content, why not block the DLC and leave the base game?

It just doesnt make any sense what can be there or not. That Under One Wing clearly has a more "loli like" character or young looking one and was approved.

Cartagra as well apparently, I think companies known (in the west) to publish eroge and nukige just face harsher scrutiny than your run-of-the-mill unknown publisher, doesn't explain why there are some lolige like Monobeno on Steam otherwise or those shitty puzzle with stolen pixiv art with porny images.

And yeah at the next sale I'll probably buy up every VN that interests me.

This is very quickly becoming my "fuck valve" issue. As you guys say, it doesn't make any sense. Freakin' store is inundated with Hentai puzzles and asset flips, no matter how many developer pages I block, but yeah let's go after the legit titles!

In the last 2 days they nuked like 50 games.

I also don't understand Valve sometimes. Like, there was that time some months ago when some developers were having their games rejected or waiting weeks for approval, then Valve post that announcement about letting anything on the store, then the gates open, and after a few months we are at the exact same situation for some games, but every day there's like 10 puzzle shovelware with stolen art.

Why is Valve so weird about communication? why not make some fucking clear rules? why are some devs waiting weeks without a response to their mails?

Lol the Epic Store and/or Subnautica is really something else. Every time I try to play the game with my PS4 controller, nothing works and the character looks up and spins. Changing the options doesn't work, searching online says start the game then plug in the controller, or unplug all other usb devices (ha!). So pissed off...

Until I add it as a non Steam game to Steam and it literally just works fine. Jesus...

I mean, I don't know the game but it's hard to imagine this content being not even a little bit questionable if not outright creepy

it's just such a funny statement tho, the way it's phrased it pretty much irredeemable lol

edit: also like no kinkshaming cos it's 2d bullshit and you don't wanna know what 2d bullshit makes me hot, but if what they're censoring is anything as they make it sound it's just kind of unsurprising/indefensible
