Awesome. Thanks!

Sequel with budget from Microsoft is going to be greatWell they kind of are, they for the most part stand in one spot and say the same things over and over, probably because of the games budget. You won't get a large, busy town/city in this game with a lot of activity.
Fuck me the dialogue choices are so good, NPC's all have great character etcI needed to pay some bits to a person but if you search arround talk to some more people there was way to not pay it.
Its like there is a path to a situation but there are 10 options how you can handle it. I must say i didnt play alot of Obsidian games. They always been this great with option? These options and branches make some big AAA RPG's look like a joke.
Welp, stealing is way too easy in this game. I didn't want to play as a thief but just can't help myself :(

My character is a bit of a thief...Where have you been getting water from? I haven't found that much, so I've been buying it, and wasting all my money. Have plenty of food though.
My biggest disappointment so far, there is no point to even have stealing in the game, you can do it endlessly with almost no repercussions.Yeah, and there is absolutely no repercussion if people don't see you stealing things. Even if they do, you can easily talk your way out.
A 'hardcore' toggle like in New Vegas would have been perfect.I kind of wish food, water & sleep played more of a part on Hard. I would love something in-between Hard and Supernova. Where you have the majority of the Supernova stuff minus the perma death of companions. I would love a mode like that.
Oh for those starting out, you can easily miss a lot of side quests in this game. I decided to start a new character to show my wife since she is interested and I totally missed a very early side quest that lead to 3 additional side quests that I never encountered because I missed the first one. In short, read and click on most/all dialog options because there are some hidden side quests that you can easily miss. Damn I love this game!
MS Store, Game Pass, or Epic Game Store.Probs a dumb question, but where do I buy this game on PC? It's not on Steam?
EGS (copy) or windows store (copy or gamepass)Probs a dumb question, but where do I buy this game on PC? It's not on Steam?

What do the numbers actually mean next to skills in conversations? IE, sometimes if I go to use the persuade option it'll display like this:
[Persuade 1] blah blah blah
[Medical 15] blah blah blah (this one will be totally grey'd out and not selectable.
If you still haven't figured it out yet, when the prompt comes up to sign in you can just close out the box and it'll let you continue offline. I'm using the GP version so it definitely works.Oh my gosh, thank you thank you thank you. I was in shock when it happened to me early this morning and posted here saying "I guess it's not a big deal that I lost so much time". When I woke up later I was in the grieving phase. Now to figure out how to log into that app as offline, which is a lot better than trying to find and resurrect a old save in this UWP protected nonsense (I'm so not a fan, I should have just got the EGS version, I'm getting it later anyway for possible mods).
Edit: Hmm I can't play with it offline, asks me to pick an account to log into. Maybe GP version won't work with this fix. Darnit. And how the heck did it glitch out on me the first time I played when I was online and signed into the Xbox App.
There are alot more locations then i expected.Finished edgewater and finally got a look at the map. Tbh it seems bigger than I thought it would be.
Terra 2 I believe.
I forgot the tip early on about time dilation running out faster when moving. Thought it was draining too damn fast...now I can stand there stoic, lobbing grenades, spitting bullets, and shocking fools to death as is right.
As far as heavy weapons go, it's pretty effective to just lob grenades from a distance, then hit them with the gun that does shock damage when they get close. Light machine gun just chews through ammo too fast, at least early. I imagine mid game on you'll have more ammo than you know what to do with.
I also have a max strength character, and I'm almost always encumbered. 🙄
Which side quest(s) was it?Oh for those starting out, you can easily miss a lot of side quests in this game. Probably the grave digger, I imagine.
I didn't like that guy so I avoided the side quest.Might be the guy that hates robots. He's by the landing pad which is not super in your way and it's a pretty involved quest.
Hard isn't really hard, I am in no way a great gamer, and I am not struggling, shame there isn't a difficulty above hard, but below supernova.
I got a weapon that shreds everything on the first planet.
I also now want to become a cystypig tycoon IRL
Yeah definitely go hard. At first it will seem intimidating and taking on even a few enemies at once will seem like a tough task. However once you start leveling and getting better weapons it balances out to the point where I feel like playing on normal would probably be a cake walk. You'll definitely die early on though so be sure to save often. This has probably been asked 339230923 times already, so apologies in advance, but is the Hard difficulty the way to go here?
I'd like it to be immersive and challenging, but I guess I don't want to frustrate myself if it's crazy hard.
Ooh, I must have missed him. Where's he at?
Yeah, I found that guy and I'm surprised by how long that quest has been going. I figured it would just be that first robot.Might be the guy that hates robots. He's by the landing pad which is not super in your way and it's a pretty involved quest.
