Tryin' ta be Valheim + Lord of the Rings it seems.
Looks a little last gen, but could be good! VALHEIM WAS AMAZING

This sounds awesome to me as a lover of Valheim. Not sure why so many people are down on it. I like them using a big license for cool ideas that aren't just AAA-story based game.
"We trained an AI to come up with the least enticing premise for a game you've ever heard in your life!"
Lord of the Rings Online is the best LotR game ever made by a wide margin and you can do exactly what you desire in it but it's quite dated at this point and your point is taken. The IP has not been represented well in this medium. It's kind of depressing. It's kind of depressing that 20 years later, the PS2 era run of LOTR games are still the best LOTR games ever made. The Mordor/War games were fun, but they were basically fan fiction. Why, in 2022, can I not co-op with a friend and defend Helm's Deep or Minas Tirith? A large scale, almost Musou-esque action game is the biggest no brainer for this franchise, yet we end up with generic crafting/survival game #954838.
I know, JFC.Why man WHY? First Gollum than this. We'll never get a AAA game set in this universe.
It's an EGS exclusive, so no, it won't make any numbers on PC.
"Dwarves return to Moria to keep digging"
What could possibly go wrong. :D

Balrog 2: The Balroging. That's where I'm admittedly mildly curious. This is the 4th Age, meaning Durin's Bane is dead on the side of Zirakzigil. But I doubt you make a game like this just to have goblins be the only threats you face.
This is what it sounds like to me and I would very much be up for it.A more fantasy-styled LOTR Deep Rock Galactic would tick a lot of boxes for me, interested to see what they do
