They had to painstakingly watch like every episode of the show just to find the right dialogue to insert for the moment.

Maybe they dug up scripts and searched for appropriate lines, then started cultivating it all.

It's all of his little idiosyncratic noises that get me. His grunts, screams. I can't help but laugh.
The sound design is masterful. It's all the attention to detail with the reworked foley that makes the voice replacement truly seamless and puts it leagues ahead of any typical parody dub on YouTube.
At first I expected some sloppy use of catch phrases and general cheesiness, but this was clearly a labor of love. A+++.
the fact that this didn't once lean upon Great Cornholio lines to sell the humor is quite impressive.

That was actually really funny. When it showed Beavis in the mirror, that really made me laugh. I loved watching Beavis and Butthead as a kid.
Normally these types of things are so lazily done, but this was perfection. I didn't even notice Beavis in the mirror reflection until someone pointed it out in the comments.
