Yeah, way better list than the first.

And there's even an Uncharted homage trophy. Loved it.

No difficulty Trophies? Should be an easy Platinum, unless those two hidden ones are for something ridiculous :P

They even turned the workbenches into collectibles, jesus.
Difficulty trophies were better than 10 "find all the X things" trophies.

Well that is one short list and nothing challenging by looks of it.

Play the game, explore a bit and get Plat.

Easy plat. I got the first one's plat and I remember it being hard. Finish 2 mp trophies for both side, playing the game at least 2 times since hardcore was locked on first playthrough iirc.

that seems like a super easy platinum

a big improvement over the horrendous tlou 1 list

You can tell it's easy to actually miss stuff in this game
There's literally a trophy to visit all locations. I knew the game was bigger but entirely missable locations? Damn

That sounds tedious and boring. Like, when people find all coins or whatever, don't they just use a guide on a 2nd or 3rd playthrough?

Trophies need to be revamped next gen IMO, adjusted to the strengths of a game and actually be fun and rewarding.

This might as well be a tomb raider trophy list.

Yeah, they mentioned this when they detailed their accessibility features so it looks like that's part of that program as well. It looks like they don't want people to miss out on the Platinum just because they have something which makes gaming harder for them.

Definitely the most straightforward Platinum from ND thus far, though potentially even more collectible heavy than the first game*. TLoUII being so much bigger than the first in terms of level design makes the prospect more intimidating, lol.

*And hopefully not as frustratingly glitchy with registering collectibles as the first game, but I didn't have any issues with collectibles or trophies in UC4 or TLL, so I presume it won't be an issue here, either.

Thank goodness those shitty multiplayer trophies are gone, I was bored out of my mind and super sick of the game getting those.

My hope is that they don't follow the trend a lot of PlayStation exclusive games have followed, adding additional trophies post release for new game plus and beating the game on some new harder difficulty (most likely grounded in this case) that they patch in later. The first game did this, as well as games like Spider-Man, Blood and Truth, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Days Gone. It would be nice to get the platinum and keep the 100%.

Looks like a good list and a pretty doable Platinum, which I like for first-party games.

I never ended up getting the platinum for TLoU1 because of the MP trophies. Did have all the rest though.

Here's the first trophy video - Where to pick up all the trading cards, as well as the "Sightseer", "Looks good on you" and "So Great and Small" trophies :)

Been done with Trophies since 2017, but for as much as I loved Uncharted as a series, it was not fun playing those games with a youtube guide next to me to find all treasures.

At that point, where is the sense of accomplishment :P

No difficulty based trophies and no multiplayer trophies! Fantastic. Was not a fan of the first games trophy list.

To all those saying 'good there aren't any multiplayer trophies', why would there be any MP trophies in a single player game?

It is probably more to do with the first game having so many multiplayer trophies.

No difficulty trophies is great.
Would have liked a few more story progress trophies though.

These ones make the game seem like it's bloated. Could be wrong, but I just came off Uncharted Lost Legacy and realised that felt like the best in the series because it wasn't bloated.

Anyway, pick up TLOU in 7hrs so I'll see first hand. Still looking forward to it.

Agreed. Those Firefly/Hunter multiplayer trophies in TLOU1 were just terrible.
Especially if you didn't know how the meta game worked to come out successful in the end. Got shut down at the very end with some impossible goals. That was a lot of matches down the drain, and between that and the DLC handling I never went back.

Nice. Very happy about no difficulty trophies and definitely no MP ones since there is no MP mode. This seems like an easy platinum. Also, seems like a change of pace for ND as they usually have difficulty trophies for their games (I never played Jak games, so I wouldnt know).

Seems like a pretty easy list, gonna annoy me getting the platinum in this and not the first though

I love games that don't throw almost impossible or time dragging trophies at me. Easier trophies actually makes me play more, which should be the intent of trophies.
