February still feels too far away, I need this game now. Hopefully they don't push it back again.
They don't have to worry about FF or Cyberpunk, Noone of that will outsell it on PS4.

Doesn't really matter if it outsells them or not, they're still huge games that'll serve as heavy-duty competition were TLoU2 to come out in close proximity to them. February puts a nice bit of distance between TLoU and the rest.

TLOU 2 has nothing to worry about from any title lol. TLOU is a huge title.
Those are a little more spread out, Marvel is May and Dying Light was Q2 2020.
February looks vacant for now. If they choose that rumored Valentines date for TLOU2, they have the rest of the month all to themselves before the other heavy hitters come out.
Sony usually has one game in the first half of the year and one in the second, so it makes sense. Horzion/Lost Legacy, GoW/Spider-Man, Days Gone/Death Stranding, TLOU/GoT (presumably).
Please for the love of God be early Feb. and give me some breathing room between giant releases.
That's exactly why they should wait. The pop will be spectacular, like Joel's head when the fridge falls on it in the prologue.
