I'm sure they'll use revenge as a plot device in the same way 'using Ellie to develop the cure' was a plot device in the first game.
The game will have other themes.
She's pretending she can get infected. I wouldn't be surprised if someone finds out though and it's probably what leads to the someone getting killed and her beaten up, maybe not in that order.
Also, the scene with Joel doesnt seem to match the one before it. He's in a house and Ellie's outside. So maybe that's Tommy's hand?
I feel like Joel and Ellie go to rescue Dana, and Dana and Ellie make it out while Joel gets murdered. Hence why Tommy visits Ellie and says she has no idea what she's up against. Tommy is telling her to let Joel go, but Ellie wants revenge. Dana and Ellie make it to the end and live happily ever after, but Ellie probably sacrifices an eye or an arm or something in the process.

And Tommy, Joel told Tommy about her immunity in the first game, but yeah, it's most definitely to hide the fact that she's immune and I wouldn't be surprised if the tat served that very purpose as well.
Guys, Ellie is using Dina's bracelet during the game. There's no way that she turns out to be a vilain.

Box art is such a step down from the first. Also maybe I've just been spoiled by Nintendo's latest batch of CEs but 48 page art book feels a bit weak nowadays. With how much material I bet they're sitting on I'd like to see more of the juicy concepts, would gladly trade away all of the other stuff for a heftier book.

Still not sold on the premise based on what they've shown, but its Neil Druckmann, and he's yet to let me down in the story department, so for now I still have faith he's going to deliver.

I don't think they showed Uncharted 4 MP until close to launch. Surely it's still in.
Nudity doesn't automatically mean it'll be rated AO. That rating is generally reserved for pornographic games.
GTAV has nudity and it's only rated M
