Yeah. I actually turned it off for years. Became "too good" for these movies for a long time.
Glad to be a mutant again. And all because there was one movie I wanted to watch on Shudder and the. Noticed the Last Drive In series.
2nd time so far.
It was always there. I just had to suppress it for some silly reason.
The best part of watching the Last Drive-In is remembering all these movies I've actually seen.
It annoys my partner to no end. Everytime it's a movie from before 1997 I've usually seen it.

This is one of those movies where you scream at the screen the whole time because the victims are so dumb.

Only reason I've seen Strip Nude for your Killer is because I went through a heavy Edwige Fenech phase. Might still be in it….been a while since I've watched The Strange Vice of Mrs Wardh or All the Colors of the Dark.
Picking Argento's best film is like picking Carpenter or Craven's. There's just too many great ones of varying sub-genre's to make a fair declaration.

I'm realizing I've only seen this one once and I barely remember any of it, so it's practically a new '80s Argento film for me.
It's one of the things that got me into Justice all those years ago. They basically made one long-ass song out of the best parts of the theme to Tenebrae.

Yeah I would love to see The Monster Club on TLDI. It's just a wildly executed movie, with the band scenes, etc. Plus I love anthologies and Vincent Price(who doesn't though?)

Which a movie they didn't realize Joe Bob had NEVER seen before.
Darcy and the chat was blow away.
He didn't talk much since he does not like to talk over movies he's never seen but he did say "You know this screenplay is good because I have no idea where it's going"
He even asked if it would be a good Last Drive-in movie some day. Then saw it was made by Universal and said "Yeah that's not happening."

I'm 90% sure one of the movies is Alligator. Second might be Alligator 2
Yeah apparently they are very hard to get the rights to.
Probably because of the whole megacorp situation. I wouldn't expect any mgm movies for the same reason.
They can already leverage those movies for so much money why give them to Shudder.
Alligator 1& 2 are coming to Shudder later this month, so it may be that or it is definitely an option as the season goes on.
I wonder if it would be able to use the new transfer that Shout Factory worked on. That reminds me, I need to order that disc! Excited and ready to go. This season has been on fire so far.
As an ally, I would love if even to get some exposure to some stuff I haven't seen.

Watched a bit of Alligator last night, dug what I saw. Robert Forster was so young in that! RIP
There's a queer giallo on Shudder that I haven't had the chance to see yet. Would be a great time to put it on there.
