Actually the joke refers to Wozniak. The kid claims that the "Hullabaloo Festival" is the greatest musical festival of all time, which Homer questions and replies that the US Festival was actually the greatest festival of all time, which was in part put on by "that guy from Apple Computers" Steve Wozniak.Homer feels old and out of touch when his kids don't relate to his music. So he decides to go to a music store and is surprised to find they dont' stock records anymore. So he starts going off about projects started by steve jobs, "the guy behind apple computers" and the record store clerk has no idea what he's talking about.
