I know this wasn't explicitly related to the Jan 6th riot, but what about Dan Crenshaw and his super cringe "Georgia Reloaded" ad that glorifies right wing violence? Could that be a method of inciting violence or sedition? Technically the ad is about voting but the visual implications are ridiculously overt.

He'll throw everyone under the bus. I still think it's crazy his personal lawyer Michael Cohen is serving prison time and he testified that Trump has no loyalty to anyone but himself and he'd turn on everyone defending him in that room.

IMO, I wouldn't charge them until Trump's out of office, knowing he can pardon them out. Wait until Joe Biden's sworn in. That'll be the smartest thing for the FBI/DOJ to do.

whatever he gets pardoned for, he has to accept the guilty verdict for it. So if has legally admitted to being guilty, the civil suits should be really easy to win.
