Streets of Rage 4's netcode was just so bad, I hope TMNT's is better.
Tribute Games' output has been so thoroughly "average at best" up until this point that I'm extremely pleasantly surprised to hear that Turtles seemingly wound up being great. Hope it can match up to the benchmark set by Streets of Rage 4.
16 stages confirmed. Which means there's likely mid level bosses and team-ups to account for the supposed 20+ boss count.

this is one of those things that will appease reviewers and casual genre fans and likely piss off genre enthusiasts
Oh wow...I'm going to put in some time to beat arcade mode then on 1 credit on it's hardest difficulty!
