I have no Idea who is running to TMZ to break the news of the passing of a celebrity or are they just infiltrating hospitals or something.

Going by their article her husband was telling all their friends that she died and the source was one of them.

They should check if the husband made a life insurance policy in her name.
In the article it says the husband thought she was dead and even held her. He got a call at 10 AM today telling him that she was still alive.
Dude was in the middle of an interview when he got the call:

She seems to be in "DIre" condition in the ICU, so she's not out of the woods yet, but again, hope she can make a full recovery.
The quote he gave about the hospital telling him that she has no hope for survival is pretty grim.

Apparently her boyfriend thought she died Sunday and told her agent. Turns out she wasn't dead yet but died yesterday.
Sunday:
-Her partner says goodbye to her in the hospital and starts telling all their friends she died
-One of these friends tells the media and other corroborate the story
Monday:
-The partner gets a call Monday morning during an interview that she is still alive
-The friend that told the media tell them that she's still alive
-She passes away Monday evening

people who are end of life can at times have 2nd wind, rally etc...for day or 2. it happens. Body's final push basically.
Update 3: More sources also confirm her death
I can only imagine the amount of early/erroneous death calls that have been made with all these months of covid protocols, where people in the ICU's don't get visitors. Let alone any that get the erroneous call, get another call that they haven't died, and get a 3rd call that they finally and actually have died.
