The saddest part is that they will get away with it, there will be some back and forth words, the usual condemnations and they will just keeping doing these unspeakable acts of evil basically unopposed.

The US under Obama also bombed a hospital in Kunduz in 2015 killing 42+, don't know why it keeps happening.

With their track record of bombing hospitals and weddings, I doubt any US President would want to raise awareness about that.
What the fuck? So Russia receives the coordinates of the hospitals with the official intention to avoid damaging them, and the first thing they do is to use those coordinates to target the hospitals specifically?

Yes, this is how they wage war on rebel areas with collective punishment. They also target food distribution points, water and power stations and aid stores. They did this In Aleppo too, so much so that aid groups stopped providing info on where they were to avoid being target by Russian and Syrian forces.

Russia will veto any attempt at Security Council vote on any kind of reprisal.
I've never seen the US veto any kind of penalty against Russia in the security council, Russia can veto it themselves.
Ignored and actions/consequences are different things, Russia and Assad has been doing this for awhile now and so have the Saudis in the Yemen Civil War. It got to a point some groups do not report medical facilities to those 3 because they are specifically targeting it.
U.S do not bomb hospitals purposely as a military doctrine as these guys are. "don't know why it keeps happening", because they are specifically targeting it to weaken/punish the rebels.
