You know... the part that got me and my friends more excited yesterday was Mario Party Superstars.
Want to know why? Will be the first game from Nintendo officially localized to PT-BR.

Than, today Brazil started a campaign not to only thanks, but also to ask Nintendo for more games localized.

Smash was a huge deal for me because it was the first smash game I played since Brawl, which I didn't own, and my hype was above the roof. I also adored Nuclear Throne for the Switch, Hollow Knight, Bayonetta 1 + 2, Celeste, Gris, Dark Souls Remastered and Baba is You.

If I had Diablo 2 on a portable device when I was younger it would easily be my most played game ever…

I think one of the most impressive things from E3 is how many insiders got killed/exposed lol. For example, Verg said/teased Master Chief for Smash but that didn't work. Another example is that small parts of the Spaltoon community on Twitter were pissed off from Samus leaker for saying Splatoon 3 would be at E3 lol.

Man, this past month was too much in terms of rumours and drama.

2018 get's a lot of hate - mostly due to the heavy Wii U porting taking place in the first half of the year. But there was a good amount of great releases, outside of Smash -

Hollow Knight, Celeste, Octopath Traveller, Overcooked 2, Gris, XC2: Torna.

These are all games that would rank high on my all time top list on Switch.

I guess that if so many people believe they exist, then they will come out eventually. But it's odd that Nintendo isn't planning to release them for Zelda's Anniversary. Maybe BOTW2 was so badly delayed that they decided to scrap any meaningful Anniversary plans, the remasters can come out like summer next year, or as we move closer to BOTW2's actual launch date.

Apparently hardware spec thread is very serious business and after being shut down for trying to do some bad math at 11pm at night, I've lost a lot of motivation to further participate there, and also the energy to respond to those who took the time to respond to my inane ramblings about a lacklustre E3 presentation. I did enjoy the conversation, though. Thank you for those who helped give me some new perspective when viewing Nintendo with a critical lens.

Could also be the lack of sleep from a sad dream last night.

Those of you who have taken breaks from Era, what made it easier? I swear the only internet I consume these days is Era, Fb, and Instagram. Used to be GoNintendo as well until recent events. I do want to game more, try and really dive back into this hobby and maybe clear some more backlog. I'm just feeling a little...bleh, and I want to see if disappearing for a while (save lurking the Discord on occasion) will help improve my mental health as of late, giving me a chance to focus my energies elsewhere to something more productive, or at least less stressful.
