These are the same people who believe she heads a pedo ring in the basement of a pizzeria.

I'm sure a new one is already underway, we just don't know about it yet.
Between this and Benghazi, you're looking at tens of millions of dollars flushed down the drain. Of course, it ultimately worked, because it smeared her reputation enough to get Trump elected. So maybe that money was better spent on, yes, witch hunts than other improvements that would actually benefit the general population.
Not only another investigation into her emails, but an investigation into the clearly compromised investigators that investigated her emails and found nothing! Investigate!
