Its funny that I'm not a PR person and Google (with all their money) still manages to confuse thier target audience.
Also: That Kine music sounds like a rip off
I dunno, bad script reading or live in front of a paid audience? I feel like they're both pretty boilerplate at this point.
I expect they'll close with the exclusive stuff. So far I can play most of this stuff on hardware I already own.

Yeah, you don't even have to download a client to play these. So it's an even more trivial excuse to boycott it.
The EGS is awful but at least you're only restricted by what hardware you have. With Stadia exclusives you're fucked if you live somewhere that doesn't have good enough internet, or if you're not totally excluded there's a fair chance you'll get a less-than-stellar experience.
How? This is exactly the same as a PS4/Xbox One exclusive, it's a different platform not a different marketplace.
There was no way Google were going to be able to enter the market without exclusives, in the console market sense of "can't buy this anywhere else".
They'll probably end up mostly being time-limited exclusives, but you can expect some games to be unplayable outside of Stadia.
A different platform that you can be completely locked out of if you live in the wrong place...
I don't have connection problems. The Xbox Stream on Mixer was far better quality wise. The quality of the Stadia Stream sucks in comparison.
The previous Stadia Connect streams were also bad.
Except that it could disappear forever if the stadia servers go down, with no way for fans to preserve either, and you need a solid internet connection to play it, among other issues
I'm more sold on the controller and chromecast than the service.
If they solve the latency situation around the world and publishes Stadia apps for different platforms (like the Switch, for example). Yeah, sure.
It would be nice to play a few games anywhere I want if latency is not an issue.
Not really. It's a neat idea but streaming games have never worked well in my experience. If they can actually pull it off, yeah, that's a game changer.
I doubt they can.
I tried 720p and it was smoother, 1080p has some stutter, really weird (60 Mb connection here), Xbox on Mixer was smooth and better quality.
I'm not a fan of streaming platforms but I'm a bit interested in Stadia if I can play on browsers or youtube.
I'm convinced the only reason WIndjammers 2 exists is because of Jeff Gerstmann and Giant Bomb.

I feel like, if you are sold on the Stadia based on videos, then you MAYYYbe too gullible. It could be fantastic? But it's only proven based on playing it in your own home.
Windjammers 2? What's the point in making a Stadia version of a game that can no doubt run on a toaster?
