Guessing the protagonist is Peter Parker? I prefer a loose adaptation of Spider-Man that's faithful to the premise. Having a different character who jumps through normal/superhero life in Tokyo would make an engaging story.

IIRC that wasn't even fan art. I believe he was commissioned by marvel.

I assume he's really busy? He had the ongoing one punch manga that sometimes have 50+pages a chapter.
