Better than Spider-Man 3, but it looks to be using a relatively small number of fixed anchor points, so I doubt it would have surpassed Spider-Man 2.
They couldn't nail the story completely after multiple attempts and Raimi left the production due to the time pressure of already having an announced release date (May '11). They were "weeks away" from scheduled filming, but in reality much further away from that while some of the casting was assembled.
They started building this almost as soon as they heard the movie was going to get a sequel so they build the underlying systems in place before the story so they'd have a headstart.

Hmm I swore it got sold off to someone who refused to dump it. Guess things changed. I'll have to look into that maybe it was the 360 copy of it.
