I laughed my damn ass off, he takes forever to decry Dems accusations of collusion, ended it with like [obviously major paraphrasing] "then you said the collusion was hiding in the report, in plain sight! Well you were right it was... the Democrats colluded with the Russians!"

He walked back the way that Leiu characterized the whole Impeachment thing, and his response to his question.
He amended a response to Lieu earlier, he basically just said his team did not conclude whether or not a crime occurred. Which is what he's maintained this entire time. He's presented the facts, it's up to Congress to take it and make a determination on that.
It also supports the assertion that congress must deal with it, rather than the doj failing like the Rs would like to suggest. Can't trap Mueller for being inconsistent either.
