Weather looks so much clearer compared to two hours ago. Come onnnnnn.
Soyuz has been the real MVP and work horse of space exploration. It deserves all the respect a piece of engineering can deserve.
That being said it's time we move on.
Probably have to clear the skies of traffic and no availability to extend the window.
And I presume that even if the weather is alright at ground level, it can be a completely different story higher up.The problem isn't what's over the pad now, but what's over the pad in 15 minutes.
Yeah, this isn't a Boeing launch. Joking of course >.>
And I presume that even if the weather is alright at ground level, it can be a completely different story higher up.
It also needs to be clear downrange in case they abort in mid-flight.And I presume that even if the weather is alright at ground level, it can be a completely different story higher up.
They also need to consider an abort where it's just the small capsule flying.understandable but disappointing. When you think of the kind of weather commercial aircraft fly through, you'd think they'd be able to fly in fairly high winds (they're going so fast relative to wind after a few seconds too)
What's the reason behind Florida being the center for space flight again?
