Yep, and everyone laughed at him. Who's laughing now, huh.Didn't some Russian insider/leaker kind of hinted at this last year?

It'll happen someday, believe ;_;me RUSHING to the ebic games store when bloodborne pc is revealed and it's an egs exclusive
A lot of people owe that guy an apology lol.
And consoles are suddenly useless, according to people in this thread? Go on...
This shouldn't be bad news for anyone, really, the game has been out for 3 years now and it makes sense to port it to PC where it'll find a new audience and sales, now that it's past its prime and won't affect consoles sales that much. I can see this being part of Sony's strategy going forward, maybe not all their games, but some.Jason the ultimate troll.
Good news he says. Well it is....depending on your point of view.
Pc players can now start to enjoy sie games. But the concern that it makes the console playstation brand weaker by following ms into a territory that takes away incentive to invest in a ps5 will now be a thing.
Im frankly of two minds about it. Nintendo is the last hold out now. Will they ever do it?
Or could it be that MS was ahead of the curve and saw where the future of gaming was heading with ecosystems and multiple ways of accessing it.Cool I guess that more people can play it but it's a puzzling move from Sony. Why release on other platforms when your games move so many units?
strange considering they have one of the stronger selling first party libraries. Maybe just late ports? I get why Xbox is doing it, the ceiling on their first party sales were lower and they're a software and services company (Microsoft) but Sony is weird. Like via Ps Now I can get, on other platforms, but first party exclusives natively ported is weird imo. Good for everyone but strange.
I doubt they plan on making PS5 only first party games multiplatform
Calling this shot: EGS exclusive. I don't think this is part of any strategy outside of taking as much money off Epic as possible. I'll be genuinely shocked if this gets a Steam release this year.
1. They're doing the engine work already due to Death Stranding PC port. This is essentially free money for them. It's hard for me to make sense of why Sony would want to do this.
How exactly did they loose it?Wow. They lost another exclusive. Wonder what some will think about this.
link? There was definitely a subsection of people who lost their minds. Sure it will be the same here like the guy who cried on stream when they announced MLB The Show was going multiplat.
Honestly pretty easy to call this one after the Death Stranding confirmation. Same engine and all that.
I don't think this means Sony is going to start putting everything on PC, though. And if it's all EGS exclusive, then it's not all that great for us anyway.
Why stop at 60? 144hz or bust.
Lol.
"Makes the playstation brand weaker"
First: Who cares ?
Second: People buying consoles will still buy consoles.
I'll tell you what: If exclusives stopped existing, people would still buy X platform because "I prefer their controller" "My friends are there" "My library is there". Heck, you already have people saying "I don't want to play on PC cause it's not convenient" "I prefer the Playstation brand" and such.
I mean, I don't see how this affects the average gamer considering they don't see any of the profits the company and the brand make?Jason the ultimate troll.

You gonna play Last of us 2 on PS4 or wait for the PS5 version.
It'd be a very smart move for sure, their games aren't the leggiestDecima engine doing work for PC! This is great news and it makes sense for Sony to release their "older" titles on PC, maybe their plan is to release them a few years after they've been available on console so they get a new breath of fresh air and sales.
