Might actually end up refunding too though I've genuinely got no issues with the games' bugs but I don't feel right rewarding such a shit company.

yes, the Witcher 3 had issues at launch don't get me wrong. But the vision was there, the game was clearly finished and had issues in some parts.
There is more issues that go way beyond just performance ones for cyberpunk.

It makes sense that Sony is pulling the game since they are offering unlimited refunds. This is pretty huge though. Can't remember this ever happening except with Arkham on PC.

Woah, is this unprecedented? There have been some terrible performing games on consoles... but this is a record (on PS4).
It's still playable if downloaded, right?
I really would love to know why CDPR released the game in this state? Pressure from shareholders? Fans? From developers? They must have known the unbelievable incredible amount of work ahead to fix the game. AAA developers don't make these games in a vacuum. They have mock reviews, Q and A testers, and lots of internal testing. They knew the game wasn't what it was supposed to be. They knew about the bugs and missing features. They knew they'd get a PR shit storm... so why the hell did they release it?
