GameXplain uploaded a video today showcasing a level from creator ClapTrap9 that has an entire Mario maker editor within LPB 3 which to me is really impressive.

Yeah I expected some janky shit that somewhat resembled Mario Maker but this is actually pretty decent.

I'm not entirely sure how Sony curates LBP content, I'd assume there's some copyright rules like most "user created content" games, but if they're cool with letting it slide then that's cool.
