As far as I can tell someone figured out that if you just tweet the word "Carp" by itself anyone who sees it sees the tweet displayed with a picture of a carp and a button inviting them to, and I quote "Tweet 'Carp'" that when pressed sends a tweet containing only the word carp and the same image and button to all of your followers

No idea but carp, in my area, does not taste good and they're full of bones. Fishing for carp can be fun since they're so damn big.

My first thought was maybe Trump typo'd carp instead of crap and the internet was making fun of him but I guess not.
