If Solaire can get an amiibo, he should be able to get in Smash.Give me a Dark Soul to beat up Mario with and I might buy Smash.

I didn't even think about it, but Ryu Hayabusa would be a great and reasonable inclusion. Not only is he one of Koei Tecmo's most famous original characters, but he got his start in a classic NES game series. He could even have a NES Ryu alt costume/color where he wears some basic ninja robes with a muted color palette.Still feel a Koei Tecmo character is needed to round things out, Nintendo's closest partner without a rep, Ryu or Kasumi would be cool.
Also a second Bandai rep like Nightmare or KOSMOS would be cool
And the iterations of the characters they chose weren't. Terra would have been cool, but I suppose if you could get Cloud I suppose I would have picked him, too.Metal Gear and Final Fantasy are classic nintendo NES franchises. What do you mean?
A representation for TOSE would be nice, considering that TOSE had a hand on 1,000+ games as contractors. Maybe they will hit 2,000+ games they have touched on.
I mean they have several Musou characters in Smash.Bandai has few originals. Their most recognizable characters are on the Namco side.
Give Koei Tecmo some love by giving us some DOA or Musou characters.
I'm gonna be completely honest with you, my dude. I could not care less about the complaints of people who sell their system and games at the first announcement of a new one, then complain when they can't play the games from that system on newer hardware, because it is *entirely* their own fault.I think you would be very surprised at the small and insignificant group of people who campaign for ports of old games, especially if we're not talking about PC
sir this is a denny'sI'm gonna be completely honest with you, my dude. "I want to play X game!"
"It's on Y system. Don't you own it?"
"No I got rid of it when the new system was announced."
"..."
denny's went bankrupt, you can't fool me!
I don't either. Those complaints, as I alluded to, are pretty much only going to pop up on enthusiast forums, lol. The way you said those "weirdos" who *gasp* are interested in new generations of systems, most of whom won't even get one for 2-3 years later, was a little elitist. Like it's that baffling for you to realize that for most people video games are a light hobby and that they'll sell the old console once they get a newer one? I just don't think the majority are that interested in old games.I'm gonna be completely honest with you, my dude. A man can dream :<If there's a 3rd Square-Enix character, it's going to be someone else like 2B as a non-Final Fantasy & non Dragon Quest rep. Sora would be much of a hurdle to get in because of Disney & their licensing.
After Steve got in I'm now fully down with Master Chief getting a slot.
...and if Chief gets in...why not also Kratos?
Stafy is an assist trophy which is probably the best you'll get.A representation for TOSE would be nice, considering that TOSE had a hand on 1,000+ games as contractors. Maybe they will hit 2,000+ games they have touched on.
He would be the best Assist trophy ever
I'd take it.
This game is never going to be ported to a future generation because of all the licensing agreements.
Keep your Switches in good condition folks.
It's sad that Sony isn't involved in this party. Pretty much every company that released a home videogame console is represented in Smash except Playstation.
