And Nintendo has given me 300 platinum points.

I know on the 3DS you could use these for various things but are these useless when it comes to the switch ?

Thanks guys. This got me thinking are nintendo going to do anything with these points as it's kinda useless at the moment.

In a better universe, these Platinum Points can be converted into Gold Coins or at least used to buy special Switch themes like the 3DS. But alas, we don't live in that universe.

Seems you can get some Splatoon 2 gear and a 7 day trial to NSO.

Other than that, join the rest of us in ignoring the 1000+ Platinum coins that we don't care about.
