I'm getting a similar error, except it's the official Firefox download prompt that appears for me, everytime I open a new ResetEra page. I turned on adblocker to see if the issue was related to the ads, and the prompt stopped appearing.

So it's the ads.

I have ad blocker on, maybe I need to double bag them and download another.
