Haha there are 50K people here, I'm sure someone has mentioned every day of the year at one point
$£500 for the console. Plus add on for a couple games and accessories you want. November. You're welcome. This cat-and-mouse game with regards to information on the next-gen consoles to maintain speculation on social media really starts to annoy me in a huge way.
I would like to plan ahead financially in terms of how much I need to get a PS5 and when I'll need the money. Both MS and Sony are dropping the ball here. At this point they should delay their shit into 2021.
This is more true as they know that price is gonna sting. Sony's just soaking up as much good press has they can get because they know all hell's going to break loose if MS makes this a wide price gap game.
At this rate we could literally get it a week before, GPU style
Sony could now drop the price via fake Kaz twitter and they would still sell twice as much ps5 as is Ms going with xbox series x.
It's more about being able to pre-order because the stocks will be extra low.
Well, thanks!$£500 for the console. Plus add on for a couple games and accessories you want. November. You're welcome.
The fact that both are afraid to list prices means these systems are going to be expensive. I'm thinking $500 minimum
Visited by knack members always seem to have quite the uhhh, unbiased takes.
Sony will hold out as long as possible and they can afford to. MS still have an entire console to reveal and there's only so long you can keep putting that off, unless the S isn't actually coming this year.
I am guessing theyre waiting for sony to reveal price so they can undercut them with series x and series s, what do you all think?
Yup, I now think the gap will be even bigger than Xbox One.I am willing to make an avatar bet that sony is going to sell 2x more of ps5 than microsoft is xsex in the first year after launch.
But MS aint gonna start givins us sale updates so never mind.
I really believe its gonna happen though. Not beinf fanboyi or something, right now its about how big the dominance is going to become.
I always assumed series x would be 499 and series s 349.Someone made that comment about Sony and MS doing rock paper scissors the night before launch to announce the price.
And that is feeling more real and real by the day.
I was pretty convinced MS would have some announcements for this month, and then Sony would follow up.
I think it's more of an issue of whether they can price at $500, or whether they need to go for $400.
Sony's under more pressure to reveal than Microsoft. They are the market leader after all.
The fact that both are afraid to list prices means these systems are going to be expensive. I'm thinking $500 minimum
Why not Halloween reveal? Or a Black Friday reveal?Just imagine if we end up early September with still no date / price nor preorders.

Come on dude, take your fanboy goggles off. It is not hard to imagine Sony would breathe a sigh of relief regarding the price seeing a huge title like halo delayed. This is why State of Play being PS4 only made made me sigh. MS are not going to budge until Sony opens up first.
They'd have announced the price by now if this were true, but we got a SoP about a spent console. More like
Just imagine if we end up early September with still no date / price nor preorders.
Price were announced at E3 and preorders shortly after that. So early June?
This, the lack of Series S announcement at this point is far worse than not knowing the pricing or dateAre we ever going to see this Series S console? This is getting silly. The actual console is going to leak before they show it.
Sony being the market leader should just go first and announce preorders/price. Would give them a chance to get a jump on Xbox as well.
