I don't want sausage mush in a pastry.

This thread is for sausage rolls and maybe a debate about suitable accompanying condiments.
It must not, repeat not, become an international pork product free-for-all.

But Daddies...? That's ours. That's the sauce you find in a chip shop in Derby in 1987.

Yep, people may as well go the whole hog and get the parsley sauce out.
If I'm out then I'll have them plain.

It's a somewhat fruity, somewhat spicy, somewhat vinegary sauce.
Looking at the pictures, it looks like A1 steak sauce lol
No tomato sauce in mine, which is a big win for me I think.

I didn't expect pigs in a blanket when you said sausage rolls, I expected a sausage roll. They are sometimes dipped in a red sauce, but don't need it.
